All Euroclub methodology has been researched and developed through daily work in the primary classroom since January 1992.   Euroclub is confident that their methodologies and materials will be highly effective within the purchasing primary school.

Euroclub materials may be purchased by primary schools for the education of their pupils.
  A discount will be applied to a purchasing cluster and, where relevant, a free copy provided for the local high school Primary MFL Co-ordinator.

Specialist language colleges may purchase packages for each of their feeder primary schools.  An additional copy will be provided free-of-charge for the
specialist Co-ordinator.

Euroclub materials may NOT be used or purchased by Tutors or Organisations operating on a private basis.  The commercial use of Euroclub materials is strictly prohibited. 

The materials may NOT be shared with Education Faculties, Colleges, Organisations or Individuals for teacher-training or research purposes. The sharing of 'Euroclub Schools' materials for this or any other purpose is strictly prohibited.

We are happy to discuss the possible use of our materials within the teacher-training programmes of Education Departments. 
Education Departments are invited to contact us to discuss their requirements.

Euroclub will be happy to assist with the use of their materials, both before and after purchase.

Euroclub materials may be purchased through completion of the Order Form.  All details supplied on the form will be kept strictly confidential and remain solely within Euroclub Schools records for the purpose of administration.

After receipt of goods, schools will receive an invoice, including payment details.

Each course is registered in the purchasing school's name. The purchased course may only be used within the registered school.

 Return of materials should be made within fourteen days of receipt. Euroclub agrees to reimburse the cost of postage for any materials returned. 

Use of 'Euroclub Schools' Resources: 

* All 'Euroclub Schools' resources are for the education of the pupils within the purchasing school only. They may not be shared, copied or lent to other schools, organisations or individuals.

*  'Euroclub Schools' materials may not be used for commercial purposes.  They are intended for curricular and / or extra-curricular school-run activities involving the teaching of French, Spanish or Italian.

* The sheets incorporated within the package may be photocopied for use within the purchasing school. They may not be reproduced for any other purpose. They may not be shared with other schools.

* The discs contained within the package are for teachers' handling only.

*   Some of the clip art images used in the materials are from Focus Multimedia Ltd. by licence agreement.   Under no circumstances may any part of the text or images be downloaded, copied, pasted or stored in electronic format.    No part of the contents may be modified or taken from the original piece of work. No part of the contents may be incorporated into or used for the work of another individual or organisation.

* All 'Euroclub Schools' songs and their karaoke versions may be used by the purchasing school for use within their classes, productions and school-run clubs.  'Euroclub Schools' songs may not be used for any other purpose

* By purchasing Euroclub Schools Courses, schools acknowledge that they have read this licence agreement and agree to be bound by its terms.
