Euroclub Schools - Terms and Conditions

All Euroclub methodology and materials have been researched and developed through daily work in the primary classroom since January 1992. Euroclub is confident that their methodologies and materials will be highly effective within the purchasing primary school.

Euroclub materials may be purchased by UK and Irish primary schools for the education of their pupils.

Euroclub materials may NOT be used or purchased by tutors or organisations operating on a private basis. The commercial use of Euroclub materials is strictly prohibited.

Euroclub will be happy to assist in the use of their materials, both before and after purchase.

Euroclub materials may be purchased through completion of the Euroclub Order Form. All details supplied on the form will be kept strictly confidential and will remain solely within Euroclub Schools records for the purpose of administration.

After receipt of goods, schools will receive an invoice.

Return of materials should be made within fourteen days of their receipt. Euroclub agrees to reimburse the cost of postage on any materials returned.

Euroclub Schools Accessories Discs and Lesson Plans Discs:

All Euroclub courses and materials are protected by copyright.

* The contents of the discs must be opened with Microsoft Word and are designed to be printed on A4 paper or card. Some documents should be opened with free Avery software, where specified. Details are provided with purchase.

* The contents of the discs are for the education of the pupils within the purchasing school only. They may not be shared, copied or lent to other schools, organisations or individuals.

* Euroclub materials may not be used for commercial purposes. They are intended for curricular and / or extra-curricular school-run activities involving the teaching of French, Spanish or Italian.

* The discs are for the purpose of printing only.

* The text of Euroclub materials was written by Deborah Soggiu for Euroclub Schools. Some of the clip art images used in the Accessories Discs and in the Lesson Plans Discs are from Focus Multimedia Ltd. by licence agreement. Under no circumstances may any part of the text or images be downloaded, copied, pasted or stored in electronic format. No part of the contents may be modified or removed from the original piece of work. No part of the contents may be incorporated into or used for the work of another individual or organisation.

* By purchasing Euroclub Schools Courses, schools acknowledge that they have read this licence agreement and agree to be bound by its terms.

Euroclub Schools Songs:

All Euroclub songs are protected by copyright.

Euroclub songs form part of the Euroclub Schools Courses. The songs were composed, performed and produced by Loredana Soggiu for Euroclub Schools with the exception of the traditional songs specified. The traditional songs specified were performed and produced by Loredana Soggiu for Euroclub Schools.

* The discs and the accompanying materials are for use only within the purchasing school. They may not be shared, copied or lent to other schools, organisations or individuals.

* The songs and their karaoke versions may be used by the purchasing school for use within their productions and school-run clubs.

* Euroclub songs and songs discs may not be used for commercial purposes.

* By purchasing Euroclub Schools Courses, schools acknowledge that they have read this licence agreement and agree to be bound by its terms.

Euroclub Schools Quiz Website:

Primary schools purchasing a course will receive a password to access the online quiz pages. The password is for the purchasing primary school only. From time to time, the passwords will be changed and schools will be notified.
